My 4 yr old is having stomach ache and motions not loose fever is also there. I gave metrogyl for motions and medomol for fever

We have given medomol 1ml to 8 month girl baby as she had fever of 100.8 and she doesn't have cough or cold We repeated the same dose after 4 hours What is the average gap to be given for each dose as we are not sure about it If it is 6 hours then is it fine as we have already given and when to give the next dose

Dear sir/madam, My daughter is gonna complete one year .she has watery stools three to four times a day from past two three days .she had fever last week she was on medomol for two days and zydol syrup for two days.and now she is not on any medication .but she is passing watery stools even during night times twice. Hi My girl baby of 9 and half months got temperature on Sunday night. Weight is 6.8 -7 kg. She had dysentery last month She doesn't have cough or cold. We started giving medomol 1 mg till yesterday evening. Fever was around 100-102. It has not come down only. And then we gave paracetamol suppository 80 mg in the night. We continued medomol 1 mg in 5 hours interval. Also we are giving tepid bath now and then. However the temperature was 102.2 whole night so Today morning 6 30 we gave mefkind-p suspension 2.5 ml post which fever came down and she had normal temperature. We continued paracetamol at 10 30 and 2 30. In the evening temperature rised to 100-102 Evening 6 30 we gave mefkind 2.5 ml but even after 1 hour her temperature is 102.5 Now her temperature is around 99 Please could you advise further steps How often should we give mefkind and how long we should give paracetamol

Dear Doctor, My mother were suffering from high fever, cold & cough, we follow the treatment at home due to covid fear of going out. Day 1-2:  Fever & DryCough ---Paracetamol and cough syrup, twice a day "But nothing worked. Day 3: Fever, Shivering, Cough & Body Pain, We called local doctor to start treatment. -- Supra+, Medomol 650, Montina-L , Abupan- DSR, Abuzim-500, Revidox-LB = 3days "But fever couldn't control" Day 5:  Same Condition but No loss of Smell & taste. -- We started "alpha beta arteether injection" for 3 days. Day 8: "No more Fever, Shivering & Body Pain" -- no medication is running #### Now: Having too much weakness, throat dryness, feeling too much sleepy, not eating properly and Yellow vomit with bitter liquid.
