Palace suggest me write medicine For BP. Because I have a BP from last one then I used  Lostat 50H recently I changed my medicine to Telma AM 40

Sir. I have edima in the lower leg near the ankle. This over five years. I have also have some numbness near the last two toes on the left leg. I am having lostat H as maintenance dose. My BP is normal. No sugar... Please advise

I'm 58 years old from Kerala and last 2 years I'm facing ED problems. I was working in gulf for 30 years and presently settled at my home town (for last 6 years) and leading peaceful life without any tension. I don't have any other major health issues and not using any medicines. Since 3 years, when my BP rate was160/90 I started to use medicine (lostat-25) as per the consultation of a doctor. Actually, after 6 months of having this I found this problems starts; weak erection and pennies getting reducing it's length and also a little bend @ up direction while erection. Nowadays, I can say no erection even @ duration of a long gap. So please advise me what to do? My blood test results (taken 3months before) Glucose fasting: 92mg/dL Haemoglobin: 13.8gm/dL SGPT (ALT): 20 U/L Creatinine: 1.10 mg/dL Uric Acid: 6.3 mg/dL T4 (Total): 7.5 mg/dL Cholesterol Details: Cholesterol-Total: 220 mg/dL Triglycerides level: 83 mg/dL HDL: 49mg/dL LDL: 150mg/dL VLDL:19.2mg/dL Weight:67Kg BP is normal
