In 2015, I was addicted of capsule codeine alcohol weed etc. In 2016 I quit these harmfull things after that I am suffering from insomnia I am going to the psychiatrist doctor it's say you r suffering from bipolar disorder doctor prescribed me medicine I am eating continue medicine it's name is is dilpra od it's salt name is divalproex prolonged release tablet 2 is lurasid 40 it's salt name is lurasidone hcl 3 lozex md 1 it's salt name is lozepam 4 zing pride it's salt name is amisulpride I am eating these medicine near about 25 months after that one day I notice my penis not erected I am suffering from erectile dysfunction please give me a suggestion what can I do to cure ed I am not telling about erectile dysfunction with my psychiatrist because I am very shy person. 

Hi there, I was having constipation for about 2 days, only last night I had the urge to defecate. My stool were pretty hard. What I noticed was fresh red blood on my stools. I did not feel any pain, no trouble defecating also. I went and check with my GP and he gave me suppositories ( Ultraproct = Fluocortolone Pivalate + Lidocaine HCL ). No abdominal pain during physical examin.I did not use it because I was scared as I have never before used any medicine via anus. I only ate 1 bisacoldyl tab last night 5mg. This morning I took 2 more tabs of bisacodyl each 5mg so total 10mg and i had a pretty good bowel movement. Went to the toilet and defecate, there was no blood, no pain, just slight tingly sensation with very small to tiny burning sensation ( completely not bothering me at all ) maybe because the stools were still big and hard. So do I have to use those suppositories today or no need? Should I use it as a precautionary step ? Even if I did use it? Is it safe? Thank you very much.

It is informed to you that she is having thyroid ( TSH:1.40 U/ml) . She felt heavy stomach by passing the day. At night her tummy feels like balloon. In sonography we came to know that she has gastric folds and some ammont of acid. Her haemoglobin level is ok it is 12.5 and other blood reports are normal. Vitamin B 12 level is 352 pg/ml. Before one year she had major problem of sour salvia in mouth.She felt angry some time without any reason and emotional some time. She had one other problem of joint pain in her fingers specially after a sleep either in morning or afternoon. She also felt more Hungary. From last one month she is having swelling in her leg. From last one week she is complaining about little pain in stomach at left side. Also her nail are getting break. We consult many doctors but we are not getting result.she is taking medicines as follow: rabeprazole sodium and sr capsules,amitriptyline hcl,axinerve-d,thyronorm 75mcg,alfalfa calcium plus(nutrilite)

I first noticed something was wrong when one day after having one beer, A burning sensation was in my chest. I could feel gas bubbles going up my throats but i couldn't burp. After trying to drink another beer it got so bad that the only thing i could do was throw up. I would say this happeneds 2 out of 3 i try drinking. That was a few years ago now this may happen even when i don't drink but i know alcohol can accelerate it very fast. Once i throw up i feel a lot better and sometimes i can contine drinking the rest of the night, but most times it comes back. I wad told my a doctor that i do have acid reflux and a hiatal hernia. I took medicine which didn't work. I always thought this happened because i had too much acid in my stomach. But i read that it could be a lack of acid? After hearing that i decided to try Betaine HCL... it feels like it's working but i'm not sure if i should be taking this. Does anyone know if it's lack of acid or too much acid?

My daughter was under cervical muscle spasm medications until April 21st 2024 (muscle relaxant, pain relievers)  #6 inthe morning and 6 Tabs for the night) April 22 early morning she got diarrhoea 6 times for some reason Then she became alright after taking loperamide But due to heavy energy drain, while breathing she was able to recognise little pain in the upper lining of the stomach (which we all assumed it could be stomach wounds) 2 days she was normal eating home cooked less spicy foods, coconut milk and juices to beat up the heat and stomach wounds. Yesterday again after dinner she puked 5 times in a row, then went to hospital they gave glucose and injection Then we back home again for the 6th time she vomited, whatever we put it came out even the tabs. Today we went for abdomen and pelvis ultrasound It's all normal except some small cyst detection I am very confused on why these many times she vomited draining all her energy...? will she be alright on eating healthy foods?

Pain wan gone but diarrhoea not. So he gave norflox tz but not effective then he gave orniplus H, but still diarrhoea not gone. So I consult another doctor, he gave sporlac ds. Sometimes it's work n sometimes not. So I have tested blood report & in it Vit. Not feeling well for the last 35 days. 1. Feeling of being sick all the time 2. Feeling tired all the time 3. watery eyes  and sometime itching in the morning,which is improving. 4. An awkward type of feeling( sensitivity type) ,when i touch my abdomen area. 5. At the normal body temperature, sometimes i feel feverish. Went to Hospital TWO time. First time- Doctor prescribed me - AZITHROMYCIN, LEVECETIRIZINE HCL ,STAREST PLUS, But it didn't help me at all. Second time- Doctor prescribed - CEFUROXIME AND POTASSIUM CLAVULANATE TABLET. It helped to cure my watery eyes, itching problem to some extent,but not the feeling of being sick,tiredness. Both time Doctor didn't prescribed any lab test. SOME HISTORY - Completed my treatment of TUBERCULOSIS on 17 March 2020. Which got completly cured after 2 month of medication(using chest x-ray), said by the DOCTOR. I completed the course.All this behaviour starts to happened after i drank a Glass of orange juice at Bazaar (18 March). PLEASE HELP

I felt a pressure on my chest and pain on the back while coughing. It felt as if my right chest is clogged but I went to my nearest hospital. They took my X Ray and the doctor concluded that I had come across COVID 19. He gave me some medicines that are Azithromycin, Omnacortil 20, Propan DSR, VITAUP-Q10 multivitamin, electrol juice, Ibuprofen Paracetamol and caffeine tablets, Balm to put on chest , Vicks inhaler , Codeine Phosphate Triprolidine Hydrochloride cough syrup and terbutaline Sulphur Ambroxol HCL Guaiphenesin and menthol syrup. I have no difficulty breathing as it was oregano which went by mistake in my trachea. I am taking steam and the pain has reduced but the pressure is persistent. Do I need to worry or this medication will work ? The pain has reduced but it feels a little blocked. Can I trust my Doc? Thanks.
