My wife is a Biopolar patient and 5 years ago she had a maniac episode. After that she was normal for 5 years as she was taking lithium tablets. But due to pregnancy planning she stop taking lithium as doctor prescribed. But after 3.5 month of deliver she was diagnosed with postpartum depression and taking Olanzapine 10 mg and clonazepum .5 as doctor prescribed. After taking this medecine for one week she become violent now, breaking materials at home, using slang, thorwing things to people. What should I do now.

I am taking paro 10 tablet since 2014. Diagnosed anxiety depression in 2014. Now I m worried about it side effects.. Because I cousin is a bipolar patient. She took lithium composed medicine.
