My left leg has cellulitis as per my general physician and taking faronem300 , linid 600 and lysoflame since 18 days . But only redness recreased my wound has become 5-6 inch . Earlier yellow pus was releasing now red blood releasing at the time of dressing . Pain is only less when taking lysoflame tab . please suggest when this wound be dry and my pain will go away.

Hi , I have undergone knee replacement one month back and wound has healed. There is a very  little pus coming out from one place..it's yellow in colour. Last week I have already taken the antibiotics ( linid 600 and duonem 200) for 6 days... But still little pus is seen. Should I continue to take the antibiotics? Should I cover my that part of area with gauze pad?

Reply from Dr. Anil Kumar Sanwal is satisfactory. I have taken sample with due care and done the culture more than 7 times to reconfirm. In every case the growth appears. Can it be still skin contamination ? It never happens in urine culture and shows sterile after overnight incubation. Linezolid tab even for two weeks cannot cure the infection. Now I am taking LINID 600mg I.V. injection twice a day.

I am on MDR tuberculosis drugs for my spine and brain t.b since 9 months now . tericox , protomid, m cin , pyrazinamide and linid . I have digestive issues , headaches, anxiety and dizziness . I dont want to use more allopathic drugs to counter these side effects . Can I use full spectrum cannabis oil with these drugs to help me with these issues . I have tried once and I did get relief .

I have already received reply from Senior urologists Dr. Anil Kumar Sanwal, Dr. Budumuru Ramana etc. I had done more than 12 times semen culture in 5 months. In 8 cases, Staphylococcus aureus appeared in sample. Escherichia coli appeared two times and Klebsiella pneumoniae two times. After taking I.V.Injection Linid 600mg/300ml twice a day for 7 days, Staphylococcus aureus disappeared and growth of Klebsiella pneumoniae appeared as last. I am always symtomatic. Consulted many senior urologist and followed all sensitive antibiotics but my sample got never free from this or that organism. I need suggestions from procto doctors if any treatment plan left.

3 months before, i underwent a surgery for Osteomyelitis for iliac bone. Following surgery, in TB PCr (GeneXpert) MDR TB was detected but AFB smear and culture reports were negative. Following that I started ATT with 6 antibiotics as mentioned. Levoflox 500mg*2 Linid 600mg Cycloserine 250mg*3 Ethionamide 250mg*3 Pyzina 750mg Combutol 1000mg Now 3 months of medication is over but still I am having vomiting 2 times a week and weakness feeling is there. Is it expected during the treatment or is there any suggestions?

I am attaching herewith semen culture dt.22nd April 2019 after taking your advice of Linid 600mg/300ml I.V. injection 2 times daily. Now former organism Staphylococcus aureus eliminated and growth of another organism Klebsiella pneumoniae appears. Earlier the same organism detected in Dec 2018. What treatment plan ..should ..I continue ?

Had Brain haemorrhage on 24 July ,severe chest infection, gc poor, presently tracheostomy done. On 24/7 oxygen @6ltrs. BP 110/70,PULSE 90,SPO2 - 98%,. Rx, inj linid bd, inj taxim 1gm bd, nebulization, suction, Response to verbal command, Lt hand mobility is there, presently out of ventilator, for feeding ryles tube. Presently over a period of time brain haemorrhage has subside,. Please suggest for further management of patient.

My Father had been diagnosed with Tuberclosis Menengitis and now we are in home care. Wanted to know that how safe it is to give multiple tablets at once to him as per prescription. He's on feeding by tube and all tablets needs to be pownderd and dissolved in milk / water. Problem is, There are upto 8 type ofTablets that are OD , 2 type as BD & 2 type as TDS So I am a bit skeptical if i Should be giving this much Medicines at once or not.
