Scapular muscle pain
I am having trouble in rotating my upper body. There is reduced range of motion. It feels as if my scapula gets stuck after a point. The is a constant discomfort in between my left shoulder blade and the spine.
I also have a slightly rounded left shoulder. Please help me with these problems.

Muscle knots in left upper abdomen
I have 2 muscle knots in my left upper abdomen area which is giving me discomfort from last 2 yrs, done all MRI, scan but nothing major.I want to know if I go for nerve block or steriod injection then how long the effect last? Also, does steiord have any side effects.. Please help

Gastric problem when I wake up
