Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I am asking many times but im not find any suitable answer plse help me.....i have very slightly pain on left side of chest include in ribs the pain is not parmanent but it is only when im feel hungry specially in morning and evening ....i have a normal ecg report ....but the pain is still....it is not particularly in area but at a few points...specially feel pain in nervous

Past one week I'm not feeling healthy with my stomach since the time I had food outside in a mid night. Now past 3 days I'm having pain in upper abdomen. Just between the rib cage center bottom. The pain is constant and not acute but it's there. Tried OTC medicines, home remedies but nothing helped. Is this anything serious?

Im a 31 year old female and i have an uncomfortable sensation feeling on the left side of stomach, around the ribs.. Its painless but annoying.. It only comes when i lay down mostly... It feels like a fullness or like something is there if i lay on my ride side, my left side feels like its heavy but if i lay on my left side its not so annoying... What does that mean??

Recently I've been getting this slight pinch of pain on 2 specifics sides of my back where my kidneys are but today I now feel a burning sensation on both that has now moved to the side of my rib cages . I just went to pee and there was no pain and I have no other symptoms atm. It's more of a bothersome rather than pain atm.
