My gastroenterologist suggested below tablets : - sompraz D on empty stomach in morning -colospa 135mg trice a day Is colospa to be taken before or after meals ? It's not mentioned in prescription. Please help

May 11month son had Pneumonia and recovered after treatment in hospital in the month of November. Now he is suffering from cold and nose discharge. Hi, Last week I had sharp pain below my back rib and the doctor said it could be due to kidney stone and got me injected, the pain went away after and hour, but since then I always feel like peeing and there is always some kind of sensation down there.
