Hi I had severe pain in right chest for 5 months so I got MRI done .have subluxated ribs on right side along with some swelling.Also joint space narrowing of ribs. This is very painful. The pain is felt in chest and back too. I keep visiting orthopaedic surgeon for follow up but no relief.They prescribe NSAIDs and this time he prescribed ubidecarenone, ecod plus but still have severe pain. Can anyone help what can be done to treat this ?

I am having cold and cough from past 3 days and my left ribs got swollen so much and it's very painful. What needs to be done, please suggest. I have taken pain killer to get relief and it got relived for 5-6 hours after that again same pain. And also having lots of cough from 5 days. I get pain in the centre of ribs, upper back and side ribs(mainly right side) which is very scary and disabling. It goes off with spasmoproxyvon plus. I have attached reports below.
