Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I’m a 36-year-old male with no prior cardiac history. Over the past week, I’ve experienced brief episodes of central chest pain, discomfort, lightness in head and occasional left arm heaviness. These raised concern for possible cardiac involvement. ECGs taken showed abnormal readings. However, serial cardiac enzymes including troponin were negative, echocardiogram showed normal function (EF 55–60%), and coronary angiography revealed no blockages. Lipid profile, LFT, KFT, and blood sugars were all within normal range. Despite this, I continue to feel occasional chest heaviness or mild arm discomfort and would appreciate your input on possible causes and further steps.

It is very difficult to explain what I am going through from more than past 1 year...last year suddenly at night I was laying and I feel squeezed and pressure  in my chest between my breast area as day passes things start geting worse I can't sit due to discomfort in the chest I can't stand it feels like heavyness tightness I don't know what it is...I can't lay straight nor my left right so it was so weird discomfort I cant even put hand on my chest and sleep there is a different feeling...if I scratch my chest between breast area with my hands I can't do that I feel so nervous( man mai  ghabrahata hoti hai).infact when I ride on a scooty due to wind pressure if my cloths what I am wearing touches my chest then there is so nervousness tightness...during this all were happening I feel so much pain in my upper back...I have consulted so many dr but no one diagnosed it proper some says anxiety some says acidty some says nerve problem. xray is also normal

Dear Doctors,Good Morning. Hi i am a 24 years old, from the last few years i am having a problem in stomach such as gas trouble, stomach fullness and sometime consitpation also. Due to this issue i always felts some pain in left chest, left hand and sometime left leg also then i had visited a cardilogist then i have taken ECG on March-2021 which were normal, and then i took TMT test that also came normal and doctor said it is due to acidity. But from the last 3-4 days i am having too much discomfortness in stomach like Something stuck at the left throat, Stomach fullness and burping. But today i am feeling some discomfortness in left whole hand and left leg too. I don't have any chest pain, leg pain or hand pain. Only doscomfortness likr numbness or tingling. Should i worry about this symptoms?. Does this point out some issue in heart or something in the stomach. I feel so stressed and anxious about it. I feel like it is a heart problem even ECG is normal. Please guide me.

I had Laryngopharyngeal Reflux after which i used to take Pan D for 2 months and my symtops was almost fine and i stopped taking medicines 15 days ago. Now 3 4 days ago after eating food (normal food chapati and vegetable) I am felt bit of constipation and tight stomach and a feeling of lump in throat and discomfort. Now since yesterday my motion is not that bad but the bloating is present after eating even 2 rotis and i feel full even after 3 hours and I had small reddish ulcer under the tongue and even on side of tongue and in throat which was bit pinchy kind of painful while swallowing. Even I hav been feeling throat discomfort when I woke up in the morning. I asked ent specialist and he adviced me to take antireflux medicine and becasule for some days as he said it may so be due to stress. Can it be anything serious or just due to ant reflux medicines cessation or normal disgestive problem. I am very worried n can't focus on studies i have my upsc exam on 3rd june. Kindly help me.

I am 32 female and delivered baby 1 year back. Facing gastric issue since delivery and had to take pan 40 frequently. 5 days ago had pain under ribs and back at midnight . Took pan40 and reduced by morning. Yesterday midnight had extreme holding pain under ribs and back. Went to hospital they have antacid injection, pain reduced and did test. Ecg normal. Test report is attached. Please suggest.

I'm suffering from constant pain under right breast and which radiates to right side ribs(under arms). It feels like some kind of arrest in right chest but I can clearly sense pain is near ribs. I had chest x ray done, reports are normal. Thought it could be muscle catch, got physiotherapy for last 3 days, also applied heat pad but no result. Whenever I cough, sneeze I feel a catch or a pull near the pain area. I'm not sure to which doctor I should consult? Should I go to Pulmonologist or Ortho or any other doctor. Please suggest.

In april month, a sudden pain started occurring in lower left rib, When i went to the doctor,he does my ultrasound and xray, he told me that their is no problem in Ur internal organs. It feels like my left rib is bigger than my right rib.now the pain has became mild and occurs after every 2-3 days.also excessive gas passing occurs.I am in anxiety that my doctor hasnot checked me correctly and i am still having some problem??? The pain is now less but I am too scared about this pain, please help? Should i visit another doctor?

My father got rib bone fracture and right arm bone fracture by falling from stairs 10days before. He went to doctor, did xray and found 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th right rib bone fracture. the doctor did plaster on his arm and bandage on chest and suggest to repeat bandage every 5days. Now he is facing breath difficulty sometime when pain sharpen and cough otherwise he is ok all day. Please suggest.

I am facing a problem since 3 weeks as it started by a normal cough and slowly i was feeling some pain on my rib and back where i cannot able to do anything i went to a physician he checked and gave some medicine but nothing happened then second time i visited then he said to visit ortho he checked said for x ray but no problem after 2 to 3 days i was ok and then pain started i cannot able to breath and when i cough it hurts on my rib and back also i cnt able to do anything so pls help me...

I have been suffering from lower back since more than one year now. My back remains stiff most of the times due to which i have very restricted motion. I cannot jump or run. I feel stiffness while walking too. I felt pain in both sides of ribs which used to come n go. Since last 15 days i have continued pain in ribs and i am unable to sleep properly even in any posture. I feel immense pain while getting up. I cannot cough or sneeze coz it causes pain. I am always in pain and it has made may daily chores also a challenge.
