I m 16 years old now , and I have flared ribs , I hope that I can get rid of it . What exercise or stretching can help me to get rid of my flared ribs ? How can I fix my flared ribs ? I can do anything to fix my flared ribs

I have a sharp left side rib pain when i turn, and pain means it's in the rib of a small round like a portion not a whole rib

From last 2 days was suffering from mild pain and discomfort in front right side chest.. Pain is mild but presesist and in walking or doing some activities it bit increase and discomfort also... I am taking medicine for that but not helping... I don't know before it was in left side of middle back and side ribs.. Now it's in right side front chest I don't know what is it... Can anyone advise something... Mostly in evening and night I felt pain and discomfort and when I wake up from that time it started to feel... I don't know what cussing it?

The last couple of years I have had bad rib pain in the middle part of my right rib cage. If I breath in and out it will actually pop in and out and it constantly feels like my rib is pushed in or like it is somewhere it shouldn't be I feel like it needs pulling outwards. It becomes more painful if I do anything active or lean on it or during pregnancy it's severely painful it is also extremely uncomfortable. It is also a different shape then the left side like there is 2 extra ribs its tender

Hi Doctor, I got chest pain  7 weeks back and went to the hospital. They have done ECG, X-RAY, Blood tests. I got d-dimer  710 so they have done the CT scan by injecting the dye(Fluid) and confirmed there are no clots in lungs and everything is ok with heart. But still I feel pain in my ribs when I press them. Also I feel pain for 3 bones on my spinal card between 2 shoulders. Feeling discomfort in my chest and the pain has been very mild for  7 weeks.

I have been diagnosed with mild gastritis few months back, still symptoms are persisting. I am having discomfortness in right upper abdomen and in right upper rib, feels like heaviness / something stuck feeling. Mostly i have this kind of heaviness after passing poop. Actually this problem persist before diagnosing gastritis (some sample taken from stomach, it says RUT positive, USG was normal and liver size also were normal. This issue is affecting me more and it is affecting my daily routine very badly. I took PPI and Laxative prescribed by gastroenterologist. But sympyoms never subsided. I do not have any pain and my appetite is very much good. Does it indicate any liver problem or this are due to gastritis. Please guide me.

I had a mild flu and cold 10 days ago and now recovering. My appetite was not normal however i could still eat meals. Since few days ive been feeling full all the time and discomfort in the abdomen. No severe pain, fever or other symptoms. Only occasional mild pain like symptom near the right lower rib. Is this a liver problem? Or is this a case of post flu recovery. I dont have nausea or vomiting. Stools are normal and no other worrying symptoms. I live abroad and did a full medical test in july which showed gall bladder stones and reflux esophagitis. Is this something serious? Please advise.
