My wife is in her 29th week of pregnancy. In the Colour Doppler scan it was found that she has increased PI values with early diastolic notch bilaterally. Her BP is consistently high at 140/90 and she is currently taking Labetalol and Ecosprin 150 mg. The doctor has increased the dosage of Labetalol to 2 tablets three times a day. The BP is still high. She has also been given Betsone injection. What should the next course of action be?

I am trying to conceive this month. Today is 30th day from last month period. I am taking trazor forte, dream ma xt , labetalol since a month. I delivered a premature baby at 33 weeks due to low fluid. Now baby is 25 days old. I am having chronic hypertension. I was taking labetalol 100 mg twice during pregnancy. After pregnancy my BP was around 140 to 150 and 90 to 100 after taking labetalol. So doctor changed my BP tablet. I started to take envas 2.5 mg in the morning and prolomet xl 25 in the evening. But still BP was around 140/90. So doctor increased the dosage to envas 5 mg in the morning and prolomet xl 50 in the evening. Please confirm whether these tablets are safe during breastfeeding?

I have been using bp medicine Amlong 5mg since 2019. As i was planning pregnancy doctor replaced it by labetalol 100mg BD. Im 31 week pregnant and taking thyroid 50 mcg, Labetalol 100mg x 3 times, L-Arginine granules twice, iron and vitamin tablets. Im fair complexion but from last few days I noticed, my complexion is getting darker. Please suggest why my complexion is getting darker? Thanks 🙏
