Hello Doctor, I'm trying to conceive. This month I was put on letrole 2.5mg*2 for 5 days and 3 HMG injections. I was given HCG 10000 on day 9 and had IUI on day 10 and 11. On day 12 my doctor says she can see a cyst of 33mm but is not able to see the rupture. She is not sure if the egg has ruptured but has put me on progesterone saying there are chances of pregnancy. Please advice do I have chances of pregnancy this month

But now from 2 to 3 days iam not having any symptoms like vomiting, nausea, fatigue etc. So I hope everything is ok if Don't feel any symptoms in twins pregnancy. Patient history-22 year old trans female I was taking estardiol valerate(progynova  1 mg) twice a day My estogen level went to 77 pg/ml from 38 pg/ml(in 2months) After that I increased the estradiol valerate (Evadiol 2mg) twice a day my estrogen level dropped to 29 pg/ml(  next 3 months) Is there a problem? (i also take lupride injection each month to suppress my testosterone) Another thing I changed the brand from Zydus cadila progynova 2mg to Intas pharmaceutical Evadiol 2mg What could be the reason of estrogen drop?

Hi , my 1st cycle ivf is failed,now going for 2nd cycle , last month doctor gave estroset tablets to improve my uterine lining and I got desired lining but now in this cycle she did not give estroset , only few vitamin tablets and hmg iu150 injection. So do you think my uterine lining will reach to 7mm ?
