Iv taken 5 ibuprofen and 5 paracetamol in the space of 24 hours I do feel sick but what's the max dosage I can take

I have a headache and I took 800 mg ibuprofen today but i still have a headache, can I take 50 mg of cataflam (diclofenac) ?

I have a headache everyday for weeks now. It is either sharp stabbing or throbbing. It normally is on both sides but it also goes to the back of my head as well. It lasts for hours and Tylenol and Ibuprofen don't seem to help.
