I have some dizziness in the morning and the feeling of virtigo. I wake up at 6 in the morning and the feeling of dizziness start around 8 in the morning. I was diagnosed with high bp 3 yrs back for that i take irovel H and ciplar la 40. At about 8 am, the feeling goes away itself by 11 am

I have a continous different reading of blood pressure in both arms Right arm is always higher with reading around 107/ 66 to 110/ 70 And left arm arm is around 117/77 to 125/77 I take irovel h and ciplarbla 40 mg daily for primary hypertension My question is weather its a cause of worry that i have different reading in both arms???

I was diagnosed with primary hypertension 4 years back, bp some time shot up to 160/99 After much permutation and combination my meds decided were irovel h and ciplar la 40 mg once daily. For the past 3 years after medication my varied in between 125/85 to 149/90 But from the past 2 months i started going to gym and sincenthen lost 4 kg of wait. Now my bp is 117/ 77 in left arm never above 120/ 80 In right arm my bp is 107/66 and never above 110/70 since last 3 months. My question is weather my medicine should be reduced or can be stoped all togather.???

Having history of heart attack 2 times. Undergone CABG surgery in 2006. Pulse rate has dropped drastically in the last 48 hours. Fluctuating between 40-47. Consulted house physician and he has recommended to stop Navicard 5 mg. Kindly advice. Taking following medications now except Navicard: 1. IROVEL 300 mg - 1/2 tablet daily after breakfast. 2. STAMLO - 5 - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 3. NAVICARD - 5 mg - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 4. ASPIRIN -75 - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 5. CLAVID-75 - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 6. COQ - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 7. Omega-3 -1500 mg - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 8. Neuroday H - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 9. B.Fet tablet - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 10. NAVICARD - 5 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 11. Olsar-H 40 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 12. Ezeedoc 10 mg - 2 tablets daily after dinner 13. Rosubas 40 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 14. Silotime 8 mg - 1 tablet after dinner Kindly advice urgently.
