I am taking 3 times tablets oly morning Hosit aftrnoon Ecosprin 150 night Rosumac 20mg 4month  completed but my voice is still not cleared and tingling of right side also.

I was facing vitamin b12 and d3 issue from last year. I took hosit and uprise tablet for 4 month. After that I stopped taking tablet . But now again I am seeing issue of low energy, neck pain, shoulder pain sometimes. What should I do to get rid of these issues.

My husband has done his blood test and found B12 very low value on report is 119. After consulting with doctor he has give a tablet of Hosit one each day and powder Convales to take with water.
