Vegetarian diet and B12
I am vegetarian and I don't eat other items which are high in B12 in year 2015 my B12 level was 149 in year 2019 my B12 level was 293 I took Hosit plus for long time and took injection as well for 1 month do I need to take B12 medicines forever?

Generally in strict vegetarian there is usually vit.B12 deficiency is common, you don't need to take B12 medicine forever, take them periodically, say in every 3-4 months for one week or 10 days.

Being vegetarian,it may be difficult to maintain proper b12 levels.however, by improving your diet,you may be able ti reduce thw dosage if b12 supplements

B12 is a very important vitamin in your body. Since you are a vegetarian, here are some foods which you can take to get your B12 naturally - yogurt, low-fat milk, fortified plant-based milk, cheese, eggs, fortified cereals, nutritional yeast. All these are assuming that you have no other health issues and are not taking any medications. Taking supplements is not harmful as such but natural is always better.
