Vitamin b12
Good day Kindly suggest the dosage of Vitamin B12 to be taken on daily basis for supplementation purpose. I am a vegetarian and have tested  vitamin b12 level which is normal. I have felt that I don't feel mentally tired if I take these. How long  can one take this and what should be the dosage 500 or 1200.

If your vitamin B12 is normal...you need not to take B12 alone.... instead you can take multivitamins which contain B12 for your supplement purpose
