Hello sir I have got a hematoma on my face due to subcision. I also got some scars. Therefore my doctor prescribed me skaar try gel to apply. But I am scared as this gel contain heparin in it. Should I apply that? (I have given pic)

13 weeks pregnancy with beta 2 glycoprotein positive had bleeding but after inj.pause & inj. progesterone it stopped on same day  after 30minutes.
