From today's evening my brother ( 26 years old) has intense fever. Right now the temp is 103°F . We already gave him Pyrigesic 650. But it's not working. Kindly suggest the way to reduce this high body temperature.

I have recently got thyroid with 8.odd n doc prescribed thyronorm 25mcg.. I have a cyst in right ovary for which doc has prescribed ovral for 2 months... n b.lay F also...ovral is a contraceptive tablet...so does it lead to difficulty in conception Or complications? No cold, 102.1 °F, headache, difficulty in digestion - Since three days I have a fever with my body temperature as 102.1 °F. Till yesterday, I had body (muscular) pain. Today, it's just fever and headache is still unbearable. Even my stomache aches if i consume a pomegranate and mausambi juice. My stomach feels it has problem in digesting.
