My semen is not coming out as taking geripod 4 capsule as prescribed by doctor as going through lithotripsy will my problems of semen not coming out once I stop taking geripod 4 or not

I am going under lithotripsy due to kidney stones and taking geripod 4 as prescribed by doctor but after that my semen is not coming out I want to ask that taking this geripod 4 for long time will affect my problem of semen or not and will retrograde ejaculation stop after I stop taking geripod 4 or Silofast 4

What is the problem currently. Bp after 2-3 days after becoming high goes down,feel very down if bp is very high and low. Please suggest what can I do..?? Medicine including: Tellzy AM40 Avovastin 20mg+clopidegral75mg+aspirin75mg Met xl-25mg Sorbitrate5mg Other medications are for tuberculosis And prostate- Geripod D

Blood pressure is regularly changing 3days before bp was very low 60/60. He was feeling discomfort in sleep and not able to walk even, today again bp is 144/80 and heart burning near burning near neck or chest, unesaayness, sweating. Medication for tuberculosis is also continue,for prostate-Geripod-D For heart related prblm 1. clopitab as75mg 2.avas 20 3. Met xl-25 4.sorbitrate5mg 5.telma am 40/5mg What is the problem can I give Aspirin 150mg if any symptoms of heart attack even clopitab as75mg is in continuation.??

My grandfather's health has reduced drastically. He has no fat left in body. Bones are visible and veins, he looks very weak. My grandma passed away 3 years ago, after that his body has become very weak. He takes proper food though. He doesn't have any major illness. But his BP doesn't remain fine so he take some medication for bp (rosulip, olsar, geripod). He had some problem in palm, it used to shiver. So he is taking some medication for that also (syndopa, rasalect). Rest everything is fine. He has always adopted a fit lifestyle and diet also. But within last three years, his health is getting drastically down and he looks extremely weak and skinny. Please help doctor.
