Hope you doing well. I am ocd and depression patient taking medicine from last 5 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100,DEVENIZ 50, MAXGALIN 75. I can't get up in the morning.  Feeling sleepy.  Even if I sit down after getting up, I cannot get up from the bed.  I may be because of  mind remains numb.  even i can't get up for breakfast.The brain is normal after 2 to 3 pm in the day.I have to go to the hospital in the morning, but I am not able to go because of this problem.   Please provide something where I can contact you for some prior and small queries for further consultation. Is bilateral cingulotomy good for ocd.I have ocd(pure o) since 4 years ago.I am on Fluvoxamine 100 (fluvoxin )(1-1-1) Duloxetine (duvanta )40mg(1-0-1) Aripiprazole 2.5  mg (Ariday )(0-0-1) My ocd is reduced by 50 % but since 2 months no improvement. Do you think surgery will help

My psychiatrist prescribed me 150mg fluvoxin as I was diagnosed with ocd intrusive thoughts So I'm also a fitness enthusiast/gym goer my question is I'm thinking to take few supplement such as carnitine, yohimbine, forskolin do they any interaction with my ocd medication? I'm a PCOS patient and I have been experiencing heavy bleeding. The periods have been continuing for a long period of time. Please suggest a medicine to stop the periods. (During similar episodes before, I took Trenaxa MF. However, I'm also taking Fluvoxin CR for mental health issues now so I want to make sure that the medicines don't cross react). Also, please explain the frequency of taking the medicine.

Palpitations with occasional breathlessness, ecg normal, echo normal, after tmt doctor reported VES and prescribed beta blocker, my pulse is below 50 and beta blocker further troubled me. Then consulted psychiatrist who prescribed fluvoxin, and lonazep for a year, after stopping medicines symptoms reappeared after 3 months but less intense than earlier. I take High bp medicine - Corbis 2.5 and enam 2.5 And take anxiety medicine - Feliz s20 and fluvoxin 100... I check my resting heart beat - 55 and Oxygen -99% While walking it increase to 70-74 Does I having heart block  issue??? I'm worried

I have been suffering from ocd since 2010 ,currently doctor has prescribed me some medicine -fluvoxin CR 100mg and olimelt 2.5mg taking 1 tab per day of each medicine. Though symptoms have been reduced upto some extent I feel immense discomfort after sexual intercourse and is lasted for 2 - 3 days to regain the health in normal condition.is there any medication to be followed to curb the health condition even after performing sexual intercourse? Please suggest....

I was diagnosed with OCD 18 years back and since then have been on sertraline 200mg OD for first 16 years and then on 100mg OD(direct to 100) for last 2 years. It worked wonders . Twice I stopped it cold turkey in that 18 year period (after initial 2years and 6years). In both,had ocd relapse after 4-5 months which resolved after resuming sertraline.This May'22, after doing great on 100mg, i thought of tapering it further and  consulted a psychiatrist. But instead, he switched me to fluvoxin cr 100 and amipride 100, both od. After 6 days, started feeling extreme anxiety. Thus consulted another psychiatrist who put me back on sertraline increasing from 50 to 200mg in 12 days along with clonazepam 0.5mg BD for 10 and then 0.25mg BD for 20 days. I started feeling normal from next day. My question is what happened when drug was directly switched from sertraline to fluvoxin? If it was withdrawal, then why didnt immediate withdrawal happen to me in the past when I had stopped it twice?

Sir I am OCD patient 20 years old.My psychiatrist prescribe me fluvoxin 50 (Fluvoxamine50) in morning and syconil 25 mg( Clomipramine 25mg ) half tab means 12.5 mg with fluvoxin 50 in night...one day i replace syconil 25 mg ( clomipramine 25,colour =  erythrosine ) with clonil 25 mg ( Clomipramine 25 colour = lake of quinoline yellow and titanium di oxide ) Then I feel hypnotic jerk every night. Then I told to my psychiatrist... He said that in psychiatry if you replace medicine that have different colour and  excipients you may feel some change in mood or behavior and thinking also although the power and salt are same... But if medicines having different colours you may feel difference?? So when I came to my initial medicine then my problem of jerk was solved. Is colour of  TCA antidepressants play important role... SO WHY clonil 25 mg ( quinoline yellow  titanium di oxide) clofranil 25 (same salt but colour brillient blue and titanium di oxide ) results different although same salt?
