Recently Answered Questions on Flunarizine

I was prescribed Sibellum 5 mg for vertigo and ringing in ears once daily for one month. After taking the first dose yesterday night, the  heavy sedative effect is remaining still ( almost 20 hours ). Also experiencing vision blurrness . Besides I am taking Telmisartan+Cilnidipine and Bisoprolol for hypertension. Is this heavy sedative effect common for sibellum? Can it be taken along with other hypertension medications.

I am having dizziness from 5 weeks. Doctors pl help me why am I having this dizziness? Is this common ? How long dizziness will be there for vertigo patients?I am using flunarizine and betahistine given by an ENT. Are they right medicines to my problem ?
