Vinicor is anti hypertensive and at the same time propanolol also lowers blood pressure although it is a very good medication for migraine Please consult a psychiatrist for evaluation whether it’s tension type headache or migraine or headache due to raised blood pressure and review your medication. As previously your headache improved with benzodiazepines probability of tension type headache is more but it needs more evaluation
