Diagnosed with OSMF in May 2019. Initially mouth opening was limited, but with around 2 month of medication and mouth exercise the opening of mouth has improved. However, the white patch(fibrosis) never completely disappeared, in fact it has worsened lately. Currently, the mouth opening is good, but has mild burning sensation most of the time.  What should be the next course of action? What are the chances that the OSMF has turned cancerous?

I've previously consulted doctor for my period related issues where doctor asked me for some test and ultrasound. The test was fine but the ultrasound report says, Impression: Mildly bulky right ovary likely polycystic. Its PCOS condition right. I wanted to confirm, is this condition really common and treatable? Doctor has prescribed me medication but what is the actual facts about this condition and how it can be cured? Does it have any long term or lifelong effects? Should i be worried about it?

I had taken a course of metrogyl last week. But since last sunday i had quit it and changed my diet. My constipation is gone but there is a bitter taste in my mouth even now. Addd to the fact that there is chest congestion ( which might've been due to drinking oof cold water) . I have no other symptoms . I have no fever or breathing issues or even throat pain. But now this bitter taste is irritating me and causing me to have anxiety attacks.

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 29 days old and weighs 4.4 kilos against 2.9 kgs she was born. She has good feed and sleeps the whole day without issues. She only takes mothers milk. But very Intresting fact is she just does not sleep post 12am until 9am, which leaves us awake the whole night. Advise how we can change her sleep cycle from day to night. Also she has slight cold and cough as my wife who feeds has the same. Suggest what medicine to give baby.

I am 33 and I noticed an increase in the number of my moles, new moles appeared, old ones grew and some grew along making it look like a colored skin tag. the growth and new moles mainly started after my first and second pregnancy _ both happened in the past 4 years _ one of my moles is concerning me due to fact that it became much bigger and lighter in terms of color. Recently I lost my virginity (about three days ago). It was someone that I met off of a dating app which obviously is not very responsible. I asked all the questions like "Do you have any diseases" and got no as my answer so I thought it would be okay. I wore protection and I did not shave myself because I read online that can prevent diseases from getting onto me. A person told me she had a disease after the fact, and I don't know whether they're being truthful. Should I be concerned?

Past year I’ve taken biotin, vitamin a, d and zinc. All separately. Then moved to Viviscal and and multivitamins. All separately for various periods. never had really had bad hair loss but was attempting to counteract and keep stronger. In fact my hair has gotten noticeably brittle and weaker this year. Lately my hair has been brittle and falls out in shower. If these vitamins have gotten to me in too much excess I read it could cause all this. If I stop now could it be reversed or permanent?

I have a few follow up questions about my lab results. 1)could my AST levels rising from 23 to 76 over the year have anything to do with the fact that I did not fast for this blood test? 2)I read that having a ratio of 2:1 AST to ALT could indicate serious liver damage and even possibly cirrhosis...I am curious as to what makes these results not alarming to you. 3)Are these levels at all common? Do you ever see numbers like this in peo

I had a varicocele surgery 2 months ago . Now i want to take viagra or fanforce like tablets to increase sexual efficiency.. i am 21 year old man withiout any other health issues like high blood pressure etc.. I have been experiencing pain and burning sensation in my anus for the past 2 months. Initially, blood was also dripping out and I started applying Boroline thinking it to be minor cut/wound. But, although blood dripping has stopped, I am still experiencing the pain and burning sensation. In fact, this happens mostly when I go to the toilet. Please help me on reducing this pain
