Hello, I have been getting frequent chest pains since last 2 months. The pains last for less than a minute. I also experience pain on my back and left shoulders. On getting blood tests done, I got to know I an extremely low on Vitamin D3, folic acid and vitamin 12. Also the levels of LDL cholesterol and CK are slightly above the acceptable range. I have been asked to do workouts and prescribed vitamin tablets by the doctor. Is the chest pain something to worry about considering the fact that it happens at least once or twice a day?

I usually go to the washroom once or twice but after this I feel a light lower abdomen pain and urge to clear my bowl all day. In fact if I eat a meal still this rectal pressure remains the same like I have to clear out. My stool is also not usual. It's soft and mushy .Is this ibs ? Sir/mam.. I have read somewhere that once in day godess saraswati come on our tongue.. N whatever we say it will happen... N after that some days ago a known person casually said to me that I will die before my marriage... (Joking only).. But dont know why it hits me very hard n it develope very serious anxiety that if at that time saraswati was on his tongue it will happen... N this thought... Haunting me 24*7... I mean does it needs any kind of chemical wash to remove pesticides etc. Albendazole removes capacity of worms to consume sugar so worms die, is it possible that albendazole goes to human consumption and then sugar consumption stops by human body.
