I'm a final year student pursuing my bachelor's of technology degree in Engineering Physics at Delhi Technological University. I've always wanted to contribute to the science community and pursue research as my career. And now, when the time has finally come, I feel as if I don't know physics anymore. I can solve any problem pertaining to mathematical and physical sciences but I don't really know what it is that I end up feeling like I don't know these sciences the way I used to know before. As a matter of fact, I have always been among the top students when it comes to physics; given my Physics score for JEE Advance was 115/120. Also, I have done well in all my exams but it doesn't feel the same anymore. And not knowing what the reason is, makes it all the more disturbing and annoying. And the consequences are all extremely negative as I am unable to focus on my health, and academics. In short my efficiency and productivity has hit the lowest of levels & a fightback seems impossible.

My TB has been cured in 2013 but I've do some smoke since 1.5 years. Occasionally I've some blood with morning cough for recent two months. Then I went AIIMS for all required test and process including DOTS test and all the require blood, Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Level, HRCT Chest, 6 Blood Reports, Xray Reports. Then AIIMS Prof S. K. Sharma (HOD - Chest, AIIMS ) told me all OK and told Junior Dr for give me only two medicines first normal painkillers and second one is health vitamin tablets (both are requested by me to suggest for my chest pain ). I just want to know Any body kindly suggest me is it all ok with these treatment suggestion because I'm suspecting they may be forgotten my some smoking facts (not regular or addiction). Sir I did sex with my gf and her age 19 years and I did it multiple times like 11 time in 2 years without protection but only genitals rubbing not full penetration and breast sucking and kiss that' it and my question is that near my home a person died from aids and i heared that from sex aids and std tranfer in our body . I am worried about it because I did it with my gf . But my gf is college student not a road side girl and I am also a student and she never did sex with anyone else , it was her first time she said. She also said that I have no hiv and std. But I curious about her mother because I heard that by birth also transferred this infection to girl . But she said I never get treatment which included high medicine and dozes of injections for any infection. So please sir or mam it is a problem??? And also tell me can I do sex with her in future fearless??? Consider my facts that her age now 19 this infection should be arise till 19 but why not . It means she had no infection

I am preparing for an SI physical test on 10 June. I am experiencing persistent heaviness and weakness in both legs. There is very little pain, but my legs feel fatigued, heavy, and do not generate enough power while running. My endurance and performance have declined significantly, and during long jump my legs get exhausted very quickly. I have consulted multiple doctors. X-rays of my legs and lower back were normal. I have been prescribed Vitamin D supplements, muscle relaxants, recovery supplements, protein, electrolytes, and adequate hydration. Despite this, the heaviness and weakness persist. I have also tried taking complete rest for 2 days as advised, but there was no improvement. In fact, after the rest, I was unable to complete even 1 round of running. The main problem is weakness and heaviness in both legs rather than pain. What could be the possible cause, and what tests would you recommend to identify the root cause? My wife got operated two weeks back for Gall stone & Umbilical Hernia repair. She is recovering well. Prior to the surgery, she also had allergic cough and breathlessness due to asthma and this had been going on for above 6 months. In fact, the Surgeon had asked for clearance from Pulmunologist before surgery. After the surgery being completed and during recovery, we are seeing the almost sudden end of Asthma or breathlessness. Earlier requirement of inhaler is drastically reduced. We are not noticing any changes in weather or change in any previous environments which could immediate relieve the asthma. Hence the query, is Gallstone related to Bronchitis in any way? We somehow believe that the Umbilical hernia got worse due to cough (initiated by asthma). Gall stones have been detected in earlier scans in 2022 but the size and gall bladder wall thickness seemed to have increased recently. We made a choice to opt for a dual surgery as a mode of treatment.

Apologise for asking such a long question on a free consultation. Since a very young age I struggled with socializing, further I grew up in an extremely abusive household which includes seeing my parents fight and try to unalive themselves. Hello doctor, I have IBS-D and I notice a very regular pattern linked with my menstrual cycle. About 10–12 days before my period starts, my PMS symptoms begin — I get nausea and frequent loose motions (3–4 times daily). This continues until my period starts. During my period, I again experience diarrhea, nausea, and stomach discomfort. Even after my period ends, the symptoms don’t completely settle — for a few more days I still feel nausea and loose motions. Another problem is with my appetite. A day before my period, my appetite increases a lot, but on the first day it suddenly drops. For the next 5–6 days it stays average. From around the 7th day after my period, I completely lose my appetite.. I don’t feel like eating at all. Even if I try, after just 2–3 bites I feel full. Because of this cycle, I am unable to gain weight and in fact, I am losing weight. This is causing me a lot of stress. Could you please guide me on this?

My question is to someone who can help me, I've done my ct coronary, echo, tmt, All are normal, left with a key question, why my heart beat raises instantly when I smoke. Yes , I know the answer is stop or quit smoking. I've even done that. I know it's bad but I've been doing it for 40 years and now I'm 45. How come this issue is giving me concern . What is da issue? Normally my heart beat is 70-80 , in fact in rest at night it's 60-65-70 , known as I take ciplar la20. but moment I eat my breakfast it goes 85-90 and post one drag if smoke it raises to 100-110 ...pls answer my query. Yes I have gastric issues, like hitous hernia grade 3 and reflux issues for which I'm eating veloz 20 before break fast from last 2.5 years
