My dad underwent fistula operation today ...dr advised him ethamsalyate tablet to stop bleeding...and he takes ecospirin av 75 at night...so ethamsylate does not cause any heart pblm

Sir Can we take ....ethamsylate and calcium dobesilate topical ...tablet together.....for bleeding piles....

Doctors , How many mg  of Ethamsylate tablet for bleeding gums ? In prescription It is only mentioned Ethamsylate tab three times in a day but  mg is not written .

This my 8th week of pregnancy. N i had FET. Today i got bleeding 3-4drops.immidetaly i took ethamsylate 2tab as recommended by dr.. Now i feel no bleed. But afraid bcoz i had 2 miscarriages earlier.

Today one tooth onnright side of upper jaw is extracted after x ranr done.However no stich was given ..It has been more than 5 hours but it is still bleeding. medicines given are ETHAMSYLATE twice  for 2 days , mox clav625 twice daily for 5 days, and zerodol p for 2 days Please advise what to do now as bleeding not stopped

Hi All, In month of June I had aborted due to some issues to baby d&c also done but after doctor suggested desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tables for level my hormones upto 21 days I used this pills ... Aborted happend in June 23 and bleeding continues upto July 12th and I visited my doctor she suggested ethamsylate tranexamic tablets for reduce the blood flow... Wt happend is July 22nd I got my period and August 4th again periods then again August 14th got periods and still some spotting I can see in brown colour from yesterday onwards I'm taking ethamsylate tranexamic tablets because of this spotting. Can you please suggest after abortion it will like the same or due to hormone tablets it is happening or need to consult doctor Kindly give me suggestions 🙏

3 yrs back, i got hypothyroidism and since then,time to time, say, once in 2-3 months, i get constipated. During constipation, Irregular and hard stool causes straining and at times bleeding while passing stool. For stool softening, i have been taking cremaffin syrup and for bleeding control , i take styptovit ethamsylate. Whenever the problem increases, i take sitz bath. I get relief by these medicines. I consulted a Gastroenterologist in Gangaram Hospital delhi. He said hypothyroid may be the cause of constipation and repeated the same medicine cremaffin. He also said, after physical examination that i have developed acute anal fissure. Now this fissure is almost healed. But i know that next time , when i again get constipated, i will again develop anal fissure. I dont want to get addicted to laxatives like cremaffin. I want to get rid of this alopathy medicine. I dont want to take laxatives. I am looking for homeopathy treatment . Pls let me know if it can be treated by homeopathy

Hi Mam/ sir, My age is 27 F and I am suffering with pcod problem . We are trying for pregnancy and on basis of doctors suggestion I'm using metformin Dec 14th was my period date and Jan 28th again my period starts, its like  almost 45 days And today is 10th of Feb it is 14th day to me Still I can see some spotting and visited to doctor and she suggested tranexamic and ethamsylate tab for 3 days dosage of 2 tab. Morning I have taken the tab and bleeding I can see now instead of spotting So, need to wait up to 3 days to work the tab or it is not working for me ? Please help me out on this and clarify my doubt🙏 Thanks in advance

Hi to all, Good evening, My age is 27 and I have pcod got pregnancy after taking letrozole tablets .. in June month aborted due to some reasons after that DNC done and there is no retain products ... Uterus is clean and clear only as per doctor's scan and there is no fibroids... I got my period in last month 20th but still I can see some spotting... Saturday I went for scan and everything was clear only doctor said it will went off dont worry But still I can see spotting I used ethamsylate and tranexamic acid 5 tablets But there is no use Please 🙏 try to suggest me what is the problem I'm going through hardly I visited 3 hospitals but there is no use.. Hi All, I had aborted in June and my doctor did ultra sound and no retential products seen but im getting period every 15 days and spotting lasts for 10 days I visited again and she did ultra sound again everything is fine no retential products But today is my 14th day still I can see some spotting she suggested ethamsylate and tranexamic tablets I used this tablet 2 days still spotting is there I am not understanding what is the reason behind this and if everything is ok can I use this tablets more to stop spotting. Do I need any further process rather than ultrasound to check why this happening to me Kindly help with me your valuable suggestions Thank you in advance
