Spotting problem
Hi Mam/ sir, My age is 27 F and I am suffering with pcod problem . We are trying for pregnancy and on basis of doctors suggestion I'm using metformin Dec 14th was my period date and Jan 28th again my period starts, its like  almost 45 days And today is 10th of Feb it is 14th day to me Still I can see some spotting and visited to doctor and she suggested tranexamic and ethamsylate tab for 3 days dosage of 2 tab. Morning I have taken the tab and bleeding I can see now instead of spotting So, need to wait up to 3 days to work the tab or it is not working for me ? Please help me out on this and clarify my doubt🙏 Thanks in advance

Rather than a random prescription of a medication you need investigations to find out the reason for this abnormal bleeding get an ultrasound done

Yes , wait for 3 days. Without complete information about since how long you have been trying to conceive , what meds have you taken, what are tests difficult to comment

Take the tablet for 3 days. If spotting still persist you have to take another medicine
