I am feeling better after taking esta-10,serlief,pranxit two times a day one tablet each ..now its about one month since i am taking pills..now 40% i am recovered..i cannot go to my doc due to i am having fever and my medicine get finished today

I am taking esta plus h of emocare from the lat 4 years . Can I take nexto forte now as both contains the same salt . My basically question is that only salt matters or brand plays in role in effectiveness of the medicine .
