S MYSELF MANISH KUMAR , 36 MALE FROM DELHI ,I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED ANXIETY DISORDER IN NOV 2015, TILL DEC 2016 , I AM ON ANTIDEPRESSANT ( DAXID, VENXR, ZAPIZ), & WE STOP IT WITH PROPER TAPERING IN GUIDANCE OF MY DOCTOR. EVERYTHING IS OK NOW BUT IN THESE TWO YEAR I HAVE NO JOB DUE TO ANXIETY DISORDERS. NOW I HAVE .CONFIDENCE ON MYSELF I TRY MY BEST TO GET THE JOB BUT AFTER AFTERNOON I FEEL TIRED, MY BODY EXHAUSTED, CAN'T ABLE TO WORK ANY MORE , IT SEEMS LIKE THAY MY BODY WANT REST , IN EVENING MY BODY WANT ZAPIZ FOR STOP MY ANXIETY. DEAR SIR/ MADAM, I have been diagnosed with PTSD IN 2015, I am on antidepressant for one year ( daxid, Venxr & zapiz) in 2017 I have stop all the medicine after tapering in the guidance of my doctors. I have lost my job in 2015 when diagnosed by PTSD. FROM LAST TWO YEARS I AM AT HOME & I TRY TO START MY BUSINESS BUT CAN NOT SUCCED. NOW I DON'T HAVE ANXIETY OR MAY BE I THINK I ALSO DON'T HAVE DEEPRESSION. But due to NOT have any job or not my business running I have tension on mind. So due to this my mind is being tensed very much I TRY my best to make my business success BUT after gst it's not working. So should I go for antidepressant again because some times negative thoughts are coming in my mind , I have 6 year daughter & WIFE. Waiting for the best solution.

Hi,I m a 41 years old having Hydrocephalus since birth & got 2 attacks of GBS in 84,88. Got another attack of Hydrocephalus in the year 2012. Know having severe headache .Taking approximately 25 tablets daily. I want to consult a medicine specialist Dr who can decrease the number of tablets I take everyday. Medicines that I take daily r: Daxid (500),Symbal(30),Saint(200),Risdone (1mg),Gabapin(300),Dizitac,EvionLC,Zinetac (300) all medicine Twice. Concor(5),Quogress,Arbazeal,Febuget,Neurozan Onc

I m having pain in the left side of chest & shoulder for the last 15-20 days Sometimes feeling pain in the right hand also.Already consulting Dr Manish Jain & taking the below mentioned medicines: 1)Daxid 50 mg (1morning,1night) 2)Symbal 30 mg (1morning,1 night) 3)Saint 200 mg (1morning,1 night) 4)Tryptomer 10 mg (half tablet at night) Having breathing problem while walking,talking,or any another activity Having Hydrocaphalous since birth but know controlled Kindly suggest some medicine/remedy for it

At around 1:30 hours ago I have sudden nausea and jaw tightness accompanied by rapid heartbeat of 135-140 and anxiety. By BP is around 130/80. Now my pulse and nausea is stabilised but I still have jaw tightness and anxiety with weakness in whole body. I used to take concor 2.5 mg. From today Morning I was put on dilizem 60 mg BD and daxid 25 mg due to myocardial bridge in LAD. Is I am having cardiac issue right now? I am also feeling burning sensation in stomach and upper back.

Hello doctor, from may last week I got sudden heart palpitations and breathlessness. If I do  walking (slow) or yoga or some other task heart rate would be around 150-170+.. after consulting with cardiologist took Inderal 10mg for 2 months still no improvement. So dr suggested to switch to betacap tr 40 and daxid 25mg. still issue remains, sometimes at rest also heart rate get  increases.. My cardiologist said stress would be the reason for this. I wanna a know when it will get fixed. 31year old female , breastfeeding. Ps:My ecg,echo,thyroid and sugar levels are normal. Using my iWatch to monitor my heart rate..how accurate is that? Or i need to buy any other monitoring device

Erection is not harder and also premature ejaculation. 12 years ago had a treatment and got very good result on using Deaxid-25 mg/daxid 50 mg and thab sieldanafil tablets, So i have used a lot. But whenever i take these tablet i feel that its stuck in my upper chest and feeling vomiting all time, so vomiting occurs when i take some food otherwise its suck up from inside. Also when i do sexual activity sometimes erection goes, Also i feel piss at a same time. when i get erection harder i feel pissing also. Also have low energy as after discharge i feel very low amd cannot attempt second time. my blood pressure is generally on lower side, acidity problem also with me So please advise for having longer and harder erection Pills which i can take and dont feel vomiting Pissing problem, i do lot in night, Not feel empty after pissing and not have much pressure during pissing and feeeling very sensitive on tip.

Doctor has prescribed me rivotril 0.5,mg 1-1. And dothip 25mg . 0-1. Before this I have been prescribed zefretol400.,ropark 0.5mg , daxid 25mg , nexito10mg, pregablin 75 NT. I wanted to know the side effects of these medicines. My age is 30. Does these medicines cause infertility. , Low sex drive ( libido) .  I think iam  facing erectile dysfunction. I can't live without these medicines.  My Restless legs syndrome is primary. My NCV report are normal. And even blood report are normal. But creatinine phospho kinase is 243.7 units/L . how to overcome these problems. Thanking you in anticipation.
