L4 L5 S1 postero central annular tear
Hi.
I've been diagnosed with lumbar disc bulge at two levels. The MRI report shows posterior annular tear with POSTERO CENTRAL disc bulge indenting anterior thecal sac with no significant nerve compression at L4-L5-S1. I've had unbearable pain in my lower back to the extent of being unable to stand or even sit, after lifting a full water bucket. I was in the hospital for 5 days & was treated with thiocolchicoside, diclofenac, nortriptyline & gabantin & discharged stating that it'll get better in 3 weeks. 6 weeks down, the pain is still there, I still can't sit or even move in bed, though I'm able to stand & walk for about 10 minutes, but walking gives electric shock kind of spasm in the lower and upper back. I don't have sciatica kind of pain, but the pain from the back extends into a dull ache in the front part of both thighs while walking for more than 5 minutes. There is no numbness or tingling in my legs or feet. Im worried if being unable to sit is permanent. Please advise. Thanks

Vitamin D/B12 deficiency,knee, hand pain
I have been diagnosed PFPS with patella alta through MRI in the last October. Going to PT from November. The burning pain above the knee and little swelling above the knee is still the same. No improvement in the symptoms. Tried one session of dry needling in my quadriceps too. No changes in the burning pain and swelling.
Recently got burning pain in forearm, wrist and elbow area. Dr says mild carpel tunnel/mild tennis elbow/shoulder bursitis. And says that is inflammation and prescribed diclofenac sodium DR tablet75 mg twice a day for a month.
I am going to PT for my hands and knees now. I don't know how long does my knee take to recover. It's been 5 months of this burning pain. Is that normal to have burning pain so long? What else to do to recover?
My vitamin D is 19.1 and b12 is 406. I have low iron saturation. Taking iron supplements 3 times a day and D3 50000iu per week. No supplements for b12. Is this vitamin deficiency related to the joint pain or inflammation? Is it related?

Continuous Fever of around 102 degree F
Hi, My mother started suffering from burning sensation in stomach & high fever ~103 degree F from 26th Sept 1 AM. On 26th Sept 11AM she was taken to the hospital and following medicines were administered in IV NS.
IV Diclofenac 75mg stat
IV Nexpro 1amp stat
IV Ondensetron 2ml stat
After this the burning sensation reduced and the doctor prescribed the medicines that I have written in current medication section of this question.
We came home. The burning sensation in the stomach is not there now. However the fever keeps coming back. She is taking 3 Paracetamol 650mg a day to keep the fever down. The temperature taken are as follows.
26th Sept 4:20 PM - 100.5 degree F
26th Sept 11:30 PM - 103.6 degree F
27th Sept 5:00 AM -102.2 degree F
27th Sept 10.30 AM - 102 degreeF
After noting these temperature medication was given and fever reduced. The high fever is getting me worried. My question is should I wait and watch with current medicine or go to a different doctor or go to the same doctor?

Pain in right hand wrist and muscles
I used to give swing to my 1 year old kid in cradle continuously(1 hr) in night.I have pain and spasm in right hand wrist since 3 weeks.Specially a muscle on left side of right wrist which is connecting the thumb is much in pain that I can't lift heavy objects.Initially I applied Diclofenac gel and hot pack but spasm not cured.Later I consulted ortho,he had given painkiller and ask for continuing hot pack, but it was not cured.
After 1 week I changed ortho and he did Xray which was normal, he gave zerodol-sp for one week and hot pack continue but it was not cured.
I consulted again after a week (i.e 3rd week)
He changed medicine to Chymoral-AP. And prescribed physiotherapy UST and SWD. I did all for a week, pain is reduced but not cured. Pain is bearable uptil now but unable to do any work. Physiotherapy doesn't work, neither anti-inflammatory. I asked doctor for muscle relaxant but he said it is not required. What to do now?Pl mention any muscle relaxant suitable during breastfeeding.

Patella femoral pain syndrome
I have knee pain on the right knee since 2019. Went to Dr and had x-ray, MRI. My pain started as pain in the right knee, like burning pain. Severe burning scale of 8/10.
swelling in the knee. But Dr didn't say anything about the swelling.Given ibuprofen 800 and then Diclofenac gel/pills. It didn't help and burning was always there. Constantly.
Dr said it's PFPS and patella subluxation. Sent me to PT. Did lots of PT and dry needling till 2020.
Then I didn't go for PT.I have got another health issue chronic severe jaw/neck pain since 2020. So I couldn't go for knee PT.
The burning is still there in the knee. It hurts when I climb the stairs. Hurts when the knee is stretched(while laying down) and bending.
If I bend and stretch the knee in sitting position, I hear some and feel crunchiness in the knee. It's not normal like other knee.
Pain in the lateral side of the right knee. Right side on the right knee.It burns a lot in the knee inside and on right side. will this pain subside?

Central herniation of lumbar disc L5 S1
Following an acute episode of disabling back pain, I was diagnosed with a central disc bulge at L5 S1 level with no significant nerve compression per MRI. It's been 8 weeks and I'm able to walk now, the pain reduced by about 50 percent but spasms don't stop. I'm unable to walk more than 15 minutes or sit for more than 5 minutes due to spasms in lower as well mid back. I'm on dietary supplements and low level painkillers because the pain isn't too much but spasms have made it difficult for me to function normally. I wanted to know if it's normal to have spasms even after 8 weeks or does it mean that the situation is getting worse. I have no other disease. This disc herniation happened after some heavy lifting 8 weeks ago. Now I have no leg pain, only moderate pain in the center of lower back which is bearable after taking diclofenac. But spasms are very painful, though they get little better after lying down but tend to reoccur with activity. Thank you very much for your time & advice
