I had chronic pain in my legs slowly it spread to left side of body and head. Orthopaedic suggested me for vitamine d test and result was that my vitamine d level is too low. It's 8. How could I get relief from pain.

My wife is having acute back pain since last few months. Few years back we got the Vitamin D tested as per Doctor's suggestion and took some medicine and then the pain subsided. Now recently she's having pain and we got the Vitamin D checked and found it to be 18.74 which is deficient. Please suggest medicine and treatment. Thanks and Regards

Posting on behalf of my wife She is 32 years old and had D&C (abortion) in Jan 2023 I'm not sure maybe because of anesthesia given during D&C she is feeling a sharp pain on her lower left side just beside her back bone.
