Dear Doctors, Need your advice please. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in Aug 2019. She has undergone radical mastectomy surgery followed by chemotherapy as explained below: 1. 4 cycles of EC (Epirubicin and Cyclophosphamide) every 21 days. 2. Weekly Paclitaxel for 12 weeks. She completed her chemotherapy on 26th March 2020. She still has tingling and numbness in palms and feet. And itching in few areas. Request you to suggest a medicine to cure this. Hello Sir, My wife age 28 diagnosed with breast cancer on Feb. Presently her treatment is going on..initially the treatment was 5 chemos..two weeks back she had a modified radical mastectomy with LD Flap reconstruction..her ki index value is 70% and tumour grade is 3. Attached are the reports. I am unable to attach more than 2 reports. Below are the chemotherapy drug they gave.. Cyclophosphamide 700mg Adriamycin 70mg 5 FU 700 mg Stage is 3B with skin involvement and lymph node involvement..however cancer destroyed in lymph node after chemotherapy as per surgeon. However, she is coping up well after mastectomy.. Can I expect better outcome after treatment.. What was the recurrence chances..

Dear Sir My mother is age of 48 having patient of RA from last 17 Years and Treated with allopathic medicine from 15 year and in last two years she is treated under a rhemulogist with medicine DMARDS,NMARDS or Methotrexate etc.IN dec. 2015 her condition is critical and diagnoses as ILD ( Interstitial lung disease) and treated in AIIMS with Cyclophosphamide treatment and in this month she is diagnose as Avascular necrosis(2nd stage and 3rd stage on both side) due to steroid consumption continuously and they are treted with a core decompression Surgery in AIIMS. Now doctor says that we have to stop her steroid and treated with immunosuppressant drug (RITDUXIMAB IN iv). I want to enquirer that is there any treatment threw Ayurveda to end these disease completely, IF yes then how many time it taken in treatment and type of treatment. I am waiting for your valuable response.

My mother got diagnosed with CA breast in October last year. Breast Conservative Surgery along with sentinel lymph nodes removal on Right side done on 12th oct 2020. Chemotherapy started on 30th oct with Paclitaxel followed by Adriamycin and cyclophosphamide for 8 cycles. Her last chemotherapy got over on 25th March 2021. 7 day later she developed fever, and got Covid along with Dengue. She was admitted in a hospital for the same and recovered from it, but meanwhile her radiation has gotten delayed. Since 3-4 days she's complaining of pain near the angle of Mandible. I am getting a bit worried. As we are in lockdown nd my mother is afraid and reluctant to step out from home and visit any hospital, I was wondering, 1) For how long after chemotherapy can we safely delay Radiation? 2) when do we need to start the radiation? 3) when can I safely vaccinate her for covid?
