Dear Doctor, I am 43 years old. Weight 120kg Height 5 feet 6 inches. I am taking medicine Concor 5mg for High heart beat for the past two years. If I stop taking Concor 5mg My resting heart beat goes up to 105, if I walk my heart beat goes up to 185 within few minutes. I have Severe ED for the past 10 months.👈 May I know why resting heart beat is going up 105bpm?👈 I have pain in my buttocks on sitting for 1 hour. I get pain even while standing. May I know Why pain over buttocks on sitting???👈 Buttocks muscle pains if I sit for long time. I am forced to get up and ly down on bed sideways. What is the reason for all these problems? I am very obese. I am unable to walk I get hip pain on walking 400meters. I get leg pain on walking for 500meters heart beat increases to 190 during brisk walk.

My father had some pain in left side of chest and in left hand I have 3 medicines 1. concor 5 2. Ecospirin gold 20 3. Nitroglycerin 2.6 How should he take these medicines ? He took these all at night with gap of 1 hour each Till 10 pm he was fine. But he couldn't sleep at whole night because of headache resulted by maybe these doses Nd he had liver, kidney issues too in past I want to ask how to take these medicines? Is all 3 should be taken daily? The one who prescribed told to take concor and Nitroglycerin 2 times a day nd eco one at the time of sleep . What medicines we should avoid now?, because it causes soo much of headache maybe these are high doses. Is it okay if we took only nitroglycerin and only at the time of chest pain. Please tell me I'm so much confused Please tell about all these 3 medicines. I will be highly thankful to you 🤍

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried Male. Weight 104kg, height 168cm. I have noticed poor to less erection for the past 6 months. I had kidney stone in October 2019. I was given Dynaperes 0.4mg treated by Urologist. I am having Concor 5mg for High heart beat on walking. My resting heart beat per minute is 75, on walking it goes up to 175bpm. My HDL is low 35. Cardiologist has given me Concor 5mg. I have Nexpro L for GERD symptom from 2019 January. Endoscopy done in January 2019 report is fine. Echocardiogram done in July 2019 report is fine. Why am I not getting erection for the past 6 months? My penis is shrunk. What is the cure? Very worried. Please answer.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 111kg in weight 5 feet 6 inch tall. I have severe erectile dysfunction for the past few months. From past 1 year my erection was not good. In the past few months my Penis is shrunk. No automatic erection. Not even in morning. I am having medicine concor 2.5mg daily for high heart beat on walking fast upto 177bpm. I am asthma patient. Having medicine Montek AB. I have urticaria taking medicine Cetirizine daily. I checked in July 2020 Master health check up report is fine. Sugar fasting was 103. My urine flow is not that good. On having dynaperes 0.4mg tablet given by Urologist my urine flow improves a lot. What could be the reason for total erectile dysfunction for the past few months? Is it heart blockage? Echocardiogram was done last year report is fine. I couldn't do TMT due to high heart rate. Cardiologist has given me Concor medicine. I am worried about my sex life. Please help.

I want to know one thing I feel some uneasiness my pulse rate was 70 bpm than as soon as I lay it drop to 50 bpm one time feel butterflies sensation  and feel a pause in pulse rate when check in hand also than I stand it cause to 60 bpm i am feeling panic thinking may it slow afib because I know that this also one problem people suffer i don't whether it's slow afib or what and done holter also one week ago which is normal and I take concor 1.25 for increase in pulse rate, after panicking pulse rate increase to 140 bpm , does slow afib start with dropping in pulse rate

Hi, I am having gas issue as i am having a feel of something coming up from upper abdomen to throat. It is like gas passing from stomach to throat but clears off midway. This all started after 5 days of taking antibiotics without antacids for my UTI. Later I was prescribed with Rabanik dsr and sucrofil o gel for 10 days. It relieved some of the symptom. Now the course is over and i still have some discomfort. Symptom is more at morning time and when i try to sleep on my stomach. I dont have any abdomen pain as such. I also take tablet for my BP(concor 5mg). What should i do Thanks

Yesterday again all the sudden I got butterfly every in my heart it last for two sec and followed by heavy cough and high vomiting sensation.i got the same seven months before and I checked ecg and eco I have attached the report too. Y I visited near by Dr and she verified me my heart rate was 125 she told it's due to stress and anxiety and suggested concor Cor 2.5 and lonozep 2.5.i feel fear as I have heart related pbm I felt too fear on the time my heart rate increase it comes and goes now and then .i could feel my heart rate high sometimes and gets normal after.pls guide I can't lead normal life living with fear

My mother is on blood thinners - Atorfit CV 20mg ( aftr dinnner ) Bp- Concor 5mg (2.5 mg morning and 2.5mg at night) Diabetes - istamet 50/500mg ( only morning dose everyday) Also on psychiatric medication - Clopixol Depot 200 mg ( once in 2 months - recent dose was 5days ago) Is it safe for my mother to take Covaxin Vaccine ? Will there be side effects ? Should she stop blood thinners a day before vaccine and after ? Please please help me with the queries.
