When I was taking clonazepam I was forgetting everything Was clonazepam reason for forgetfulness? I am going to meet doctor to discuss and any suggestion which is better for sleep and not make forgetfulness?

Can you explain which has more mental dependence and which has more physical dependence between Lorazepam and Clonazepam ? I know Lorazepam is short acting and Clonazepam is long acting.
