Hi.. what is the proper way to take vitamin D3. I have been prescribed calcitas D3 twice a week. My doctor told me not to sleep or lie down after taking it. My family doctor told me to take these medicines at night before sleeping.. i am confused

My vitamin d3 level is 9.5. Doctor suggested me to take calcitas sachets with milk. But milk does not suit me. I get stomach ache everytime i drink milk. So can i have this sachets with buttermilk or lassi instead of milk?

Can I take a small course of Vitamin C and vitamin D tablet just to boost immunity during this lockdown..I dont have any cough cold sore thorat or fewer anything...just heard that vitamin C and D tablets are being used on corona petient for building there immunity so curious.if so then please suggest which vitamin C tablet I should take and how much days... i m using calcitas -D3 tablets (one  in a week ).
