I have been suffering from diabetes for more than 20 years. My Diabetes is out of control for more than 5 years. I have been taking following allopathy tablets like Jalra (50 mg)TM twice a day vobose M 0.2 in the afternoon and glucored Forte twice a day. My latest sugar reading taken today is 270 and 304 today. My sugra levels remained in the range of 230-250 (fasting ) and 250-280 (PP). Besides that i tried Ayush treatment . My diet included brown rice, rava , chapati ashirwad multigrain atta . Rice is taken rarely and sweets avoided. I have not taken insulin. Sugar is very high despite taking regular walks though due to lack of job i have a bit of stress

Hi Dr, my daughter 5yrs old now she have 14kg, present hb is 11.2, everyday taking Tonoferon 5ml at mrng b/f frm 6 mnths, nd multivitamin syrp 2tms a day nd every 6months i hv given bandy+ too by 2 doses by 15days. Then also she is not at all improving her body weight nd she doesn't having her food properly. She always keeps her food in her tongue, she will not chew nd swallow food, just keep in her tongue always when i vl tell her to chew nd swallow that tm only slowly she will do otherwise she vl keep more than half an hour with her tongue. Every day nd everytime she takes to complete her food by 2 or more hrs, while keeps on shouting she vl finish her food with 1 hr, i fed up off with this problem  😫 so plz help me too come out of from this.

Hello sir or mam my father have high bp from 10to 12  years and he is taking bp medicine from. 10 year he was taking telvas ct 12.5/40 and rahmihart 2.5 in night but from 2 year he went to another doctor he prescribed cilacar t 40 twice which he continue 2 year but from this year 2023 he gone to one mbbs physician family he prescribed clindinol 10 in morning and clindinol tm in night 1 to 2 months he take but one day bp measured it was 152/89 it was high so one doctor told to take cilacar t twice only but due to some side effects he one doctor previously prescribed stamlo t and tevas 40 now he is taking it so it is good or not that time only prescribed when cilacar t in Kolkata he visited two doctors

My mother is having bloating, acidity and she is unable to eat or drink anything except water. She feels irritation in esophagus while swallowing anything. Also, her body is swelled up. The problem starts after she took meds for cough and cold ( Maxicef o 200, Hatric 3 and Nobel) She is diabetic and have BP problem. But her sugar level is within normal range. Doctor suggested to take pantosec tablet but it doesn't seems to have any effect. Please suggest me what to do, she has not eating since 2 days and now she is feeling weak but not eating anything as she not feeling any hunger but she is feeling weakness. Her other meds includes: Stalix DM 100mg Zukanorm 50mg Metasartan 50mg Numlo TM Nefrozone. Please suggest what to do? What to feed her anything for instant relief? Please help me 🙏🙏

During my final phase treatment of tmj i.e. braces after splint therapy I have observed something on my tmj problem.... 1)My upper and lower pre-molar and molar teeth are touching slowly when I close my mouth 2)I am now able to chew more comfortably than before 3)my facial appearance is becoming normal But even now the facial muscles related to tmj  are so tight and my upper and lower teeth don't fit with each other and I have some tight muscles in my neck and shoulder area. What those signs indicate? Is my condition improving? Will I be totally normal after the treatment complete? What type of symptoms I would experience if there is something wrong in my tm joint and muscles? Please clear my all the doubts... I am really suffering from frustration, depression, anxiety, nervousness etc. Please help....

Hi, My CT scan noted that dehiscence of lateral semicircular Canal, so doctor advised me for surgery, I have done my surgery in Feb 26 its 3months now but still there is no improvement in balance and I m not able to walk in steady. What's wrong here, there is surgery gone wrong or there is no treatment for this In discharge card they mention as they given treatment for RADICAL MASTORID WITH FACIAL NERVE DECOMPRESSION WITH TM JOINT RECONSTRUCTION, Please help here they haven correct treatment for what CT scan report noted.??? My mother smt. SUKLA Banerjee have recently diagnosed IVC of breast at Tata memorial hospital so the doctors decided to do a surgery followed by chemotherapy but as she's diabetic ( fasting 168 , pp 250 mgdl) she is already taking 2000mg of metformin and 2 mg of glimipiride but she needs much better control, how could that be achieved? Would she add more 500 mg of metformin will that work? or shift to insulin? If the second is the choice then please suggest any doctor in parel(near TM hospital) to guide her through the procedure as early as possible thus she could be declared fit for surgery in no time.
