Diabetes for 20 years
I have been suffering from diabetes for more than 20 years. My Diabetes is out of control for more than 5 years. I have been taking following allopathy tablets like Jalra (50 mg)TM twice a day vobose M 0.2 in the afternoon and glucored Forte twice a day. My latest sugar reading taken today is 270 and 304 today. My sugra levels remained in the range of 230-250 (fasting ) and 250-280 (PP). Besides that i tried Ayush treatment . My diet included brown rice, rava , chapati ashirwad multigrain atta . Rice is taken rarely and sweets avoided. I have not taken insulin. Sugar is very high despite taking regular walks though due to lack of job i have a bit of stress

Hello there..... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans.
