Diabetes milletus type 2
My father is suffering from diabetes for past 10years and it had gone worse in last 3 years where he always gets high and low sugar fluctuations. He feels fatigue all the times and tends to sleep more time.He takes insulin Injection on his own. As we come from a brahmin family, his eating pattern is having meals morning and night (kaikuthal arusi) . Moreover he use to be talkative before days and he is quite opposite to his usual trait. Please advise on how to improve the health condition and beat the fatigueNess

His fatigueness or increased sleep could be due to uncontrolled diabetes. Also please try and follow 3 meal and 3 snack pattern to have good control of diabetes and prevent the fluctuations in blood sugars- high/low blood sugar levels. Please visit your endocrinologist for any further optimization of his diabetic medications if required. Thank you.
