My doctor advised my sister to take Curam 625 tablet before food.Can Curam 625mg antibiotic tablet be taken before food?

Hi I am having sore throat for two days. Had betadine gargle three times a day and apple cedar vinegar regularly. There is no improvement so far When I went to pharmacy he gave me curam 1g for 7 days * 2 times and clarinase similar dosage though I had no congestion or whiteness in my throat Do you advise me to Meds or should take others? Committing suicide by swallowing 8 tabs of polytanol 10mg, 10 capsule of panadol tramadol hcl 50mg, 8 tabs of navamin dimenhydrinate 50mg, cough and cold meds, 10 tabs of curam 1g and alcohol. Will it be fatal for her? She have these medicines in her room and we cant take this from her. How muvh time it will kill her and hiw much time we need to save her just in case?
