I have noses problem,i took 1gram curam
I have problem inside noses and inside mouth , alwayes nose dry and mouth inside too much scarce , some blood coming inside noses ,i cant eat milk egg, any kind of nuts ,beef chiken ,i already take medecin 1gram curam 12 pices reamanig 4 pices runing.so can you advices to me

Dryness in nose can cause bleeding sometimes. Use saline nasal spray to keep your noise moist, avoid rubbing and picking your nose. Sore throat could be because of reflux, for that drink lot of water and avoid oily and spicy food.
