Hello Dr,, My daughter is 1 year 11 months now and her anterior fontanelle is not closed yet. Some times i feel is getting harder but sometimes i feel there is no improvement also her tooth are not fully erupted.she is on calimax D 5ml OD. Is it normal? .Her all other activities are very much normal.  Please suggest.

I have been having many big closed Comodones on my nose for the last 3 years and they don't seem to be going away. I want them to be removed. I have been on isotretnoin 40mg for 5 months and it didn't go away at all. Doctor tried other topical treatments as well. Nothing worked. I would like to have it removed without any scarring. Recently I have been using lot of stuff for skin care..like vitamin c serum in the morning..snail mucin essence and ceramide moisturizer... glycolic acid , salicylic acid and retinol serum at night followed by Cetaphil moisturizer...I also use minimalist chemical peel with aha,BHA and pha twice a week for ten minutes but I think I have overexfoliated my skin leading to a number of closed comedones on my cheeks.Kindly suggest some home remedies to treat the same fast.. and wat should ideally I be using for skin care.my skin is dry to normal with pigmentation and closed comedones and age is 34.

Hi Dr Team, I was diagnosed with GERD on Sep 1st from that day I was having medication like sompraz d and Sucral Syrup but after 20 days also I didn't get relief and it got worse like closing my throat and when I feel always my ears are closed. From past 1 month I didn't even got sneezing. From past 10 days I am taking pantodac and meva c tables and feel little comfort but still I feel my throat chocked and ears too closed always. Should I take CECT neck to find this Throat and ear problem. FYI from 2 months I am on GERD diet. Please advise on this problem?

I went to the hospital a week ago and found out I have a closed colles fracture in my left radius. I was then referred to a orthopedic specialist who confirmed I need surgery to restore mobility I my wrist. I cannot afford this surgery. If I went back to the hospital would they be able to do surgery? I can make payments but not pay in full. My wrist is deformed and in pain and I need treatment asap.
