What is ciplox 500 used for and is it okay to take for uti because it's paining and I can't hold pee

I'm on Femilon tablet since 2 months now. This week I had some UTI symptoms so I'm taking Ciplox Tz twice a day. I hope it won't reduce the efficacy of the contraceptive?

I am suffering form acute acne on my face and on my scalp. I can't even sleep coz the pain is at its peak. My doctor prescribed me ciplox 500 and sotret 20 mg. I know taking sotret will increase my acne at first as said by my doctor, but instead of ciplox 500 can i use minoz 100, coz minoz 100 is very effective for my acne. I need to get rid of this acne forever. And I can't tolerate this pain. My face is swelling fromthe left side.

Newborn had been given ciplox eyedrop for one month( 3times a day)..for blocked tear duct...I found on net it should not be used in neonates...what could be it's harmful effects on newborn as I used it on baby's eyes for one month at a stretch..?

I had fever and cured by medicine.next day had slight dry cough..and the next day got pain in right throat while swallowing Saliva. Ate almox 250 (1-1-1) alongside febrex plus. Along with betadine gargle.  No change to pain. Next day took Ciplox 500 in morning. Throat pain seem to be cured as no pain now. How many days shall i continue Ciplox 500? Pls advise.
