I'm 57 years old, and I have a cough issue from a very long time but it was okay from few months but unfortunately again it has started too much and any medicine is not working for me as of now. I'm taking bencof - p syrup but it's not helping me i am fedup as it's too much and no relief at all. Please suggest some good medicine which can help me

My daughter of 26 months old, 14 kg weight suffering from fever from yesterday onwards, I had given meftal p 2.5 ml yesterday night and today night with regular intervals of crocin syrup of 3 ml ...on yesterday and today but fever relapses recurrently... please give me the suggestions regarding this problem

Was diagnosed with gastritis last week and given medicines by the doctor. Medicines were over but I am still not feeling well. Upper abdomen is distended and hurts on the left side. There is heartburn. It also hurt when the doctor pressed in the middle of the upper abdomen. And also on and off pains like a blink in the upper left corner of chest.
