Averted uterus measures 14.3x9.2x10.5cm bulky nd diffuse Ltd echo texture with lower uterine segment oval shaped heterogenously hypo echoing lesion measuring 10.6x6.2 cm with minimal vascularity-s/o-fibroid/adenomyotic changes. Cervix appear mildly bulky in size. This is the ultrasound report... And should I go for surgery to remove uterus or it can be treated using medicine.. Please suggest a method
