I experienced high blood pressure 160/100 and my right eye blurred for 2 mins,went to emergency and they prescribed me ecosprin 150 + atorvastatin 40 + clopidorel 75. They advised me brain MRI and the reports are as under Thin rim of T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are seen in the bilateral periventricular regions with similar intensities of few foci in bilateral fronto-pariteal white matter. I suffering from last two months left side chest tightness some times it moves to shoulder.,neck and feel some thing stuck in throat, I did all cardiac test such as Ecg, Echo, tread mill test and blood test shown as normal, I consult ENT, Internist, Neurologist and did all test they said normal, I am taking medicine for BP (Amlopine 5mg) cholostrol (atorvastatin 20 mg), my BP normal, cholostrol also normal in recent check up, still I didn't get relief from this.

BMI (H 5.3 ; W 78kg) Other issues: Insomnia, Headache, Sleeping problems like snoring, Weight gain etc. All the issues started from pregnancy last year and continuing after delivery.

I aged 65 hv Giddiness n imbalance. I've sugar n BP since 10 yrs n tk atorvastatin for cholesterol. About 6 months ago i've been diagnosed of cervical osteophytes (C4-C7) & carotid arteries blockage (not severe yet, but has plaques) for which I tk aspirin n do physio. Still i've no improvement. Asking for my mother (62 years old), her MRI report showed chronic lacunar infarct in both gangliocapsular region and white matter hyperintensity in bilateral subcortical frontal white matter and periventricular frontoparietal white matter in centrum semiovale. My question is , it this serious ?  as our neurologist said it's common for her age , please do reply as you must have encountered this in patient and please let me know ,is this life threatening? She's already on clopivas (clopidogrel) for blood thinner and atorvastatin for cholesterol and BP medicines ( metrosartan and cilnidipine)

In my yearly check up,it is observed that my fasting sugar is 107 and post prandial as 148 and hba1c as 5.4. Do I need to take any medication. Daily I do 45 minutes walking and taking telma 40 for BP and atorvastatin 10 MG at night, my total cholesterol is 118 and HDL is 40 and LDL is 65 and triglycerides is 70. Please suggest .
