Hi, I have taken Amikacin injection along with ofloxacin tablets for UTI during 1st month pregnancy. I would like to know what kind of effects it will have on the foetus.

I diluted the Amikacin vial with 10 ml sterile water.has it any contraindication?

Hello, I am 7 week Pregnant, during urine culture & sensitivity test doctor found infection, and she adviced to have Amikacin Injection 500 MG for next 5 days, i found in the internet that it is not safe during pregnancy. i need second opinion on this.

My last periods date was on 09.03.2018, had UTI for which, as per doctors suggestion, took Amikacin injection along with ofloxacin tablets for 5days from 28.03.2018. this month I missed periods and pregnancy test result came positive.like to know whether this antibiotic will have any effect on the foetus.
