I have a dry and sensitive skin due to steriod use for ling time i got treamtment and almost recovered and doctor prescribed me to use cetaphil cleasner, Physiogel AI lotion and Anosolar sunscreen but my skin not even tone and applied vit e from 3 days tone is improving ?? Is it safe to use ???

I have diagnosed with "NLD obstruction" (Epiphora) few months back..Doctor suggested me following medications 1) pedimox Eye drops 2) E bal tablets I got recovered from that NLD obstruction after using medicines.But my doubt is Recently asked pharmacist pedimox drops but he said no manufacturer availability from pedimox, 1)is there any alternative for Pedimox drops 2) when should we intake E bal tablets if the problem occurred in future if possible,shall I take those medicines in morning or night time? Please give me your valuable answers

Hello doctor, My wife is 22 weeks pregnant, The gynecologist suggested scan at 22 weeks, TIFFA scan done today, we saw ( pre-maxillary triangle seen, no e/o cleft lip/palate) in the report,  I got doubts and searched on Google it said as report baby will be born with cleft lip, we are very worried about that report doctor,  Can you tell me if there is any problem? Really as per the report the baby will be born with a cleft lip?

I have been diagnosed with hepatitis E virus.I am currently admitted in hospital. My whole body is turning yellow including lot of yellowness in the eyes and urine. The SGOT and SGPT levels have  increased uncontrollably in the past 8 days since I was diagnosed ( currently around 1800 against the standard value 40 ) I am also suffering from intermittent fever at different times of the day. Hello Doctor, I had undergone D&E on Oct -17 -2018 [because of no baby growth and doctor suggested to go for D&E] and it's been 2 weeks now. I had noticed white discharge for the last couple of days[30 and 31st of October] and today morning [Nov 1],I had noticed little brown discharge. But there is no pain in any of the lower portion. Not sure whether the brown discharge is expected or not. Could you please provide some suggestions?
