I have skin allergy, which causing swelling all over my body and my doctor that this is because seafood, but this problem is continuing till now, I have been taking tablets for last 4 months (Allegra 120mg), but still when I stop the tablet even for a single day, allergy comes again, I have fear on the side effects of this tablet, could anyone advise me, is there any solution for this

For three months I am getting hives but without treatment it resolved after 15 minutes. 10 days back I went to the dermatologist and prescribed allegra 180 mg morning and night.
